SunCrest is a master planned community encompassing 3,900
acres of canyon, trails, gambel oak, and homes high on the east
bench of Draper, Utah, located just 15 miles south of Salt Lake City.
We are located minutes from Interstate 15 at the intersection of
Traverse Ridge Road and SunCrest Drive. It is SunCrest's location
that makes it one of the most coveted places to live in Utah. Not only
does the location atop Traverse Ridge afford its residents incredible
360-degree panoramic views of the Salt Lake Valley, Mount
Timpanogas, Utah Lake, and some of the best sunsets in the state,
but it also gives residents the luxury of living a relaxed mountain-top
lifestyle while being only minutes from both of Utah's biggest
metropolitan areas.
Development began on SunCrest in 2001, and it was evident from
the beginning that SunCrest would be a different community that
focuses on the lifestyle of the residents. Included in its master plan
are neighborhood parks, hiking and biking trails, a neighborhood
market, a welcome center, and a community center that includes a
swimming pool, workout room and a small office.
